I needed a 30-year-old spruce taken down and about 8 spruce need it to be topped off to allow more sunlight. I asked at the initial meeting if they could be done in a somewhat artistic layout. They said yes, much to my surprise, and they did not disappoint. Three crew members came to my home to complete the job and they were very particular in making them look fairly natural, considering what they had to work with. They consulted with me throughout the process several times to make sure I was happy and cleaned everything up as if they were never here, very meticulous. I will use them again, as they were very professional, skilled and friendly!

They were able to take care of our huge downed limb the very next day and once they arrived it took no time at all for them to cut up and take care of it. They cleaned up so well that you can’t even tell that a branch as big as some full size trees fell in the yard. Very pleased with Baker Tree Service.

Very impressed with the job that was done taking down a large tree in a difficult setting. The crew was friendly and efficient. They removed the downed tree and debris and left the work area cleaned up. Bakers Tree service has impressed me with their professionalism from the start of the process to completion. Very satisfied with our experience with Baker. Competitively priced. Other companies were quoting me double if not more. Very professional, flexible and available for any concerns I may have had. Arborist who came to the house were respectful and took the time to clean up after cutting down our trees. I would highly recommend using this company.

Eric gave us a detailed and reasonable estimate for the removal of 5 large, decaying trees. On December 3 & 4, 2024, as scheduled, the work was completed despite temperatures in the mid-20s. Early on the second day, we appreciated that Eric came to check progress and see if we had any concerns. (No concerns - excellent work!)

This was a difficult job - trees above a house, outbuildings, and ornamental trees, a tree built into a wooden fence, and another between two electric lines. With no room to fell entire trees, they had to come down in pieces, many lowered by rope. The work was done carefully and without damage.

Our polite 3-man crew wore protective gear, worked safely, and cleaned up as they went. All three were needed to rope down and guide pieces. Great teamwork!

Two trees could not be reached by bucket truck.Fortunately, they have a 4 foot wide crawler-mounted lift to get into tight spaces.

It's a great relief to have these trees down before winter's ice storms, wind, and snow arrive. They were a serious risk to our property and the neighbor's.

Excellent job, absolutely pleased. Competitively priced. Crew of four workers were very professional, answered all questions, and took trees down with no damage to surrounding trees, landscaping shrubs, or fence. Job included removal of three trees, two were very challenging. Clean up was exceptional. Quote was detailed and timely. Appointment confirmation and final bill received by email and online payment easy. Would use again and I highly recommend Baker.

Project estimate came in very competitive compared to two other companies. Crew arrived within the time frame stated and started right to work. Safety gear was used and even set out cones for traffic to be made aware of their working. Completed work in a timely manner and cleaned up work area prior to departing. If I need work done again, I'll just give them a call, instead of going to other companies for quotes.

Jason was friendly, professional when he came to look at our project. The crew was efficient, and was able to take down a huge, dying locust tree in one day. They had to work from an adjacent property, using a bucket truck to reach over a brick wall onto our property to do the work. They did a great job of roping and pulling all pieces over to the location of their equipment, only dropping a few small branches on our side. Thorough clean up after the tree was cut down. If I'd ever need another tree taken down (hopefully not), I'll definitely use Baker Tree Service again.
